The Leagues screen displays all of your (classic) minileagues, and also shows you live standings between all of your rivals (updated as each goal goes in).
Rivals
Each squad that you have designated as a rival is listed on the first tab. A worm for each rival shows their points total (with blue segment for points during this gameweek).
By default, the list is sorted by total points. In this case, on the right-hand side a differential score is displayed which shows how far in-front or behind you each rival is (your squad is highlighted in green here). A dropdown allows for sorting by different statistics.

Leagues
The Leagues tab lists all of the classic minileagues in which you are currently entered. Head-to-head and public leagues are not shown.
Click on a league to view the table, and see which squads are in the league (and to designate squads as rivals).
Add Rivals
Rivals are at the core of Differential. To get live updates, comparative positions, statistics and transfer information about another squad then you should add them as a rival.
This can be done either by clicking on a minileague that you are both a member of and finding the squad that you wish to add from there, or by using the 'Add Rival' option from the menu button, and manually entering the FPL ID number for your desired rival (this is the number in the URL for their team page, e.g. http://fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/12345/event-history/1/ - the team ID is 12345).
When you add a rival, their selection history and team details will be synced from FPL to allow live points updates in the future.
